The beaches of Goa have some unique features which make tourists claim that Goa is always fresh and new to them. This is why they take special care and attention not to miss Agonda beach during their visit to the west coast of India.
You can enjoy this beach as you drive from Panaji to Palolem. This beach is long and lonely with fringed coconut palms and casuarinas. In the south, this beach is dominated by large hills. This beach is not that safe for swimming. Other than that, this has some unique facilities available in it to draw attention from tourists.
Agonda beach is stretching around 3Km. this beautiful cove is filled with white sand and is secluded in palms. You will not see the crowd coming to disturb you, but only the beach, the ocean and the peace of mind you enjoy as you walk through the beaches. If you are so passionate about the beach, you can hire a tent and enjoy the sweet crashing of waves from the sea.
Bus transportation is not that plenty to Agonda beach. This is not connected to the main road and is almost a solitude filled area. If you want to go there on an adventure, try getting some scooters or bicycles which will make your Goan journey memorable.
Cabo de Rama, the fort related to Lord Rama is near to this beach. This is a beautiful location that tourists will never miss out to appreciate. The atmosphere of the fort brings the sweet and devoting memories of history to our minds.
